Holiday Nut and Honey Bites
This recipe makes 24
400g nut butter (peanut, almond etc.)
1 ½ cup (130g) fine shredded coconut
½ cup (60g) cocoa powder
3 Tbsp (45g) instant milk powder (or use shredded coconut)
Mix all ingredients together and shape them into balls. Roll the balls in coconut or cocoa powder.
Put into the fridge to harden.
