Slow release Oxallic Acid strips are a safe and effective way to keep varroa mites and associated viruses in check throughout the season.
Apply 2 strips per 10 frame box by looping them over a frame within the brood cluster. The temperature of the brood cluster is needed to ensure appropriate release of active ingredient.
Safe to apply during honey flow. Recommendation is to apply in April, June and August.
Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture.
