We used our Organic Fireweed and Wildflower honey to make creamed honey. This is amazing on toast, pancakes and waffles or just as a treat off the spoon.

Organic Fireweed & Wildflower Honey (Chamerion angustifolium) grows on the Pacific West Coast and Northern Canada. It is the first seed that sprouts after a forest fire; quickly takes hold of the soil preventing erosion and in a few years gives way to a new forest.
This year our bees collected wildflowers growing along fireweed in the pristine mountains. This honey is mainly fireweed with a small amount of coastal wildflowers. It offers a wonderful tasting local honey.
