100% pure honey from our local hives here in Burnaby, BC.

We used our Organic Fireweed and Wildflower honey to make infused honey.  These are amazing on toast, pancakes and waffles or just as a treat off the spoon.  Hot honey is great in sauces and drizzled on any food you like to add spice to.

Raw honey has many nutritional benefits besides tasting great.  The many antioxidants and phytonutrients make raw honey a very special sugar substitute.  Honey is also an amazing skincare ingredient due to its incredibly moisturizing properties.  Unpasteurized raw honey also has antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Organic Fireweed & Wildflower Honey (Chamerion angustifolium) grows on the Pacific West Coast and Northern Canada.  It is the first seed that sprouts after a forest fire; quickly takes hold of the soil preventing erosion and in a few years gives way to a new forest.

This year our bees collected wildflowers growing along fireweed in the pristine mountains.  This honey is mainly fireweed with a small amount of coastal wildflowers.  It offers a wonderful tasting local honey.

Caution: Raw honey should not be consumed by infants less than 1 year old unless it has been cooked.
